Mr. Moyse joined Code Hunter in 2011 and became a partner of the firm in 2017. He represents both individual and corporate clients on a range of litigation matters and has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia, and in arbitration.
Background
Mr. Moyse received his LL.B. from the University of Calgary, graduating with the Gold Medal in Law. He actively participated in the school’s mooting and debating program, representing the U of C at both the Canadian and international rounds of the Jessup International Law Moot competition.
Mr. Moyse articled at the Federal Court in Ottawa where he worked on administrative law, immigration law and intellectual property matters.
Community Service
Since 2013, Mr. Moyse has acted as moot coach, providing instruction in written and oral advocacy, for the University of Calgary Alberta Court of Appeal Constitutional Law moot program.
