Articles of Clerkship.

Our articling program offers students an unparalleled opportunity to cultivate the skills required to develop a successful practice in litigation and advocacy.

We offer students practical experience in a variety of sophisticated commercial litigation matters. Our students are provided practical, hands-on experience in the conduct of files, will attend client interviews, questioning and court hearings and will be called upon to make meaningful contributions to the strategic advancement of our cases. A passion for the barrister’s art is an essential prerequisite.

Summer Internship.

We provide students with practical, hands-on legal experience in a collegial, highly collaborative firm environment. Our summer students conduct legal research, learn to prepare pleadings, briefs and memoranda, and accompany our lawyers to appearances in court, client meetings and questioning, with a view to experiencing the day-to-day work of a litigator. The work is challenging; our expectations are high. Industrious students are invited to submit an application.

We will not be participating in the 2025 (1L) recruitment process this winter.
