Mr. Frenken has experience at all levels of court in Alberta. His growing practice covers a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, from construction, condominium and corporate disputes to privacy, defamation and class actions.
Background
Ben Frenken studied classics and law in Halifax, and worked with the Toronto offices of a global law firm, before moving to Calgary in 2015 to join Code Hunter LLP.
Along with several classmates, Mr. Frenken founded the Weldon Literary Moot Society, in support of Halifax Humanities 101, while studying law. He was a member of the Admissions Committee at the Schulich School of Law and remains involved in the admissions process when he can. He is a past director of Chromatic Theatre in Calgary, and a founding member and director of the Ruthless Babes of Calgary Sport Foundation Ltd.
