Tito represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including corporate, estate, employment, and general civil litigation and has appeared before courts in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Background
During his time at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, Tito founded the U of S Runnymede Society (a branch of the national non-profit organization of the same name) where he took on the role as president for 2 years. Tito was also a member of the College’s charity band as the lead pianist/keyboardist, which performed at various charity fundraisers. Tito was also elected to be the Social Director for the College’s Law Students’ Association, where he helped set up all of the College’s student events.
As recognition of his extensive community involvement during law school, Tito was awarded the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Branch Award of Excellence.
Community Service
In addition to performing at charity fundraisers, Tito sits on the Board of Directors of Mount Joy Snow Resort, a non-profit organization that focuses on youth wellness and development by providing a safe and affordable location to learn how to ski and snowboard.
